  • Package-based listing access

We are not a direct party to transactions between buyers and sellers unless explicitly stated.

3. User Accounts

To publish listings, users must:

  • Create an account

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Maintain account security

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Listing Packages

Users may purchase listing packages that allow them to publish property units.

Important:

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

  • Keller Henson does not store payment card information.

  • Package benefits are granted only after successful payment confirmation.

Packages may have time limits or listing limits, as described at purchase.

5. User Content Responsibilities

Users who publish property listings agree that:

  • All information must be accurate and truthful

  • Listings must relate strictly to real estate

  • No misleading, fraudulent, or scam content is allowed

  • No unrelated products or services may be promoted

  • No illegal, offensive, or harmful content may be posted

Users are fully responsible for their content.

6. Right to Remove Content

Keller Henson reserves the right to:

  • Edit, suspend, or remove any listing

  • Remove misleading or suspicious content

  • Investigate user behavior

We are not obligated to provide prior notice.

7. Account Termination

Keller Henson reserves the absolute right to:

  • Suspend or terminate any account

  • Remove any listing

  • Block access to the platform

without prior warning.

If a user posts:

  • Misleading content

  • Scam or fraudulent content

  • False property listings

  • Unrelated advertisements

  • Content that damages the platform’s reputation

The account may be permanently terminated.

8. No Refund Policy in Case of Violation

If an account is terminated due to:

  • Misleading listings

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Scam attempts

  • Violation of these Terms

No refund will be issued for any purchased package.

Users agree to this condition upon purchasing listing packages.

9. Limitation of Liability

Keller Henson:

  • Does not guarantee accuracy of user-posted listings

  • Is not responsible for transactions between users

  • Is not liable for losses arising from reliance on listings

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content (design, logo, text, branding) is the property of Keller Henson.

Users may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Modify

Without written permission.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Keller Henson harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Misrepresentations

  • Violations of law

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
