Established in 2014 as a joint venture between Bangtao Paradise Construction and Trichada, the land-owning business, Trichada Co., Ltd. is a real estate developer situated in Phuket. The company was established by a significant stakeholder and director of the Sai Taan development, which has produced 75 superior villas since 2003. It makes use of that building team's knowledge. Trichada finished three developments with a total of 75 villas by the end of 2023 and sold out two more with 57 units.
